概述
M24M01E-F是一个1 mbit I²c兼容的EEPROM(电可擦可编程存储器)，组织为128 K × 8位。
电源电压范围为1.6 V ~ 5.5 V，时钟频率≤1mhz，工作环境温度范围为-40℃/ +85℃。
M24M01E-F提供三个8位寄存器。
此外，M24M01E-F提供了一个额外的页，命名为识别页(256字节)。
M24M01E-F有标准的8引脚TSSOP8、SO8N、UFDFPN8和带WC引脚的晶圆级芯片级封装5球。
根据需要，EEPROM可以由意法半导体提供一个预编程和锁定的设备地址(01)。
